I started going to the gym in May 2023, I was a bit lost as I had never been to the gym until I started PT with Dylan. Dylan put me on track to lose some weight and to work towards getting stronger. He compiled a program that works for me and tailored it to my needs. Dylan is always on hand to answer any questions and was the encouragement I needed to stay on track. I've always worked around fast food which made it hard to diet or keep the weight off but with Dylan's plan in place I have seriously changed my eating habits and the gym is part of my daily life now.
