Onboarding
I'll get you setup on my app where you will manage your whole fitness journey. Once it's setup, this is where you will access everything from your training & nutrition plans to your check-ins and communication with me.
Ongoing Support
You will have access to me at anytime through the messaging feature in my app where you can ask questions and recieve ongoing support. You will receive video feedback from me on your check-ins once a week where I make any adjustments to your plan.

What is online coaching?
Online coaching gives you a fully customized fitness and nutrition plan delivered through my app, with ongoing support and accountability.
What’s the difference between online coaching and personal training?
Personal training is in-person, hands-on guidance during workouts. Online coaching gives you the flexibility to train on your own schedule with ongoing guidance, accountability, and program adjustments.
Do I need access to a gym?
Not necessarily. We can create a plan tailored for a fully equipped gym, a home gym setup, or even minimal equipment like resistance bands and bodyweight exercises.
How often will I check in with you?
Weekly check-ins are standard, but you’ll also have ongoing access to me through the messaging feature in the app to ask any questions and get guidance & support whenever you need it.
Is nutrition included with online coaching?
Yes. Your plan will include personalised nutrition guidance designed around your lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
Can online coaching help me if I’m a beginner?
Absolutely! I can design programs for all levels, from people just starting out to experienced gym-goers looking to level up.
How do I track progress with online coaching?
You’ll log workouts, track nutrition, and upload progress photos or metrics in our app. Your coach will review these each week to adjust your plan.
